I am glad to inform you that we are the first apartments in Andalusia to obtain the “Q” of Quality given by the ICTE (National Institute for Quality in Tourism Services).
The “Q” certificate guarantees quality of service, of facilities and management who show their staff how important it is to continually satisfy the guests.
This certificate, voluntary and has to be renewed each 2 years and is given by an independent certification committee from the tourism industry, after an exhaustive audit which confirms certain levels of quality are being carried out by the hotel and is done by independent auditors.
